I am an incoming DNP student for this coming fall, and I am looking for two room-
mates! I recently moved to SA, and I have moved into a historic home in the Los
Angeles Heights/Deco district! 14 minutes (5 miles) from UT Health Main Campus,
12 Minutes (4.4 miles) from the Riverwalk and Downtown, 1/2 a mile from an HEB.
Being an older home, the rooms are big! Both rooms are roughly 12x12 with 10-foot
ceilings! The rooms will also be fully furnished, with brand new everything! That
includes a bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, and nightstand. However, if you feel
more comfortable with your own furniture, I will store the current furniture with no
problem. There is a large, shared living and dining room, that is also completely fur-
nished. Comfortable couches, curtains on every window, etc. The entire house is se-
cured with electronic keycode locks, and I will be installing extras like ring cameras
as well. There is also private, off street parking available. We do have onsite, private
washer and dryer, and fully functioning and equipped kitchen as well. There is extra
cabinets and storage areas if you have your own equipment as well. I recently in-
stalled AT&T 500 mb/s fiber, and is lightning fast for any school work, or media
streaming. It would be $600 a room with flexible contract terms, and a $300 security
