Leave Your Mark Training
Monday, September 9, 10 a.m. at the SUB (Bill Daniel Student Center). The Leave
Your Mark training promotes cultural humility on campus by introducing the
concepts of personal identity, appreciation of di!erences, and understanding of
microaggressions. This interactive experience will engage students in reflection and
discussion that promotes continued learning and establishes a foundation for
relationship building that supports a diverse and inclusive campus community.

Secure Your Student Football Ticket
Monday, September 9, 4 p.m. Don't miss the Student Football Ticket drop. Student
tickets will be available via your student athletic ticketing account at 4 p.m. every
Monday before a Saturday football game. The queue begins in the system at 3:30
p.m. All students: make sure to login early to make sure your username and
password work correctly before the ticket drop. For more information on student

Belay Clinics
Monday, September 9 (through Friday, September 13), 4:30- 6 p.m. at the Rock
located in the Baylor SLC. Cost is $5. Every afternoon this week, this clinic will
equip climbers with the skills and technical knowledge required to belay at the
Baylor Rock. Get your belay certification and climb with your friends without
having to wait for Rock Sta!. Prerequisite: general climbing membership.
Outdoor Adventure Fall Break Trips Interest Meetings

Sailing Clinic
Tuesday, September 10 (and Wednesday, September 11), 5- 7 p.m. at the Marina.
Cost is $5. Lessons include an introduction to equipment and rigging, as well as
time on the water. Upon completion, participants will have access to rent sailboats

QPR Gatekeeping Training
Tuesday, September 10, 5- 6:30 p.m. at Moody 104. September is Suicide Prevention
Month, we want to remind you that you are not alone. Your struggles are valid, and
there is hope, help, and support available. BUCC is o!ering our QPR Gatekeeper
Training and an opportunity to become a Mental Health Ally. Learn how to

An Evening With David Brooks
Tuesday, September 10, 6:30-8 p.m. at Waco Hall. David Brooks is a best-selling
author, columnist, commentator, and member of the American Academy of the
Arts and Sciences. Given his knowledge of present-day politics and foreign a!airs,
we expect his visit will continue to foster the spirit of respect and understanding
that undergirds President Livingstones Baylor Conversation Series on civil
discourse.
The evening lecture with Mr. Brooks is free, but a ticket will be required for
admission. Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis,
so securing tickets early is strongly encouraged – we anticipate high demand.

Lead Climbing Clinic

and challenging avenue to explore within the sport of indoor climbing. Lead
climbing involves ascending with your rope and anchoring progressively as you go.
