Welcome aboard! Today marks the start of our MLB Luxury Dream Tour to New York City. We'll journey through
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Massachusetts, with breaks and lunch stops along the way. Your Tour
Director will keep the journey lively with games and entertainment. This evening, we will arrive at our host hotel
in Massachusetts, where we will spend the night on our way to New York City. After we check in, the night is
yours to explore the area at your leisure.
DAY 2: FRIDAY, APRIL 25 – MASSACHUSETTS TO NEW YORK CITY
After a delightful complimentary hot breakfast, we'll make our way to New York City. We’ll kick off our New
York City adventure with an exciting Guided City Tour with a local step-on guide! Get ready to explore iconic
spots like Midtown, Uptown, Grand Central, Rockefeller Centre, St. Patrick's, Central Park, and much more! Once
the tour wraps up, we'll head to our hotel the Luxury Marriott Marquis Times Square, our home for the next
three (3) nights.
Tonight, the city is yours to enjoy! Whether you choose to unwind at the hotel, catch a Broadway show, or
explore NYC's vibrant streets on your own, you're in for an unforgettable experience. Our Times Square hotel
puts you within easy reach of all the Broadway shows and all the excitement!
If you want to attend another MLB Game, tonight is the Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees!

DAY 3: SATURDAY, APRIL 26 – NEW YORK CITY – GAME DAY
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
This morning you will have some free time to explore NYC on your own. You have the option to make your way
to the Yankee Stadium on your own, or you can meet your Tour Director in the hotel lobby and take the Subway
together, or you can go on your own. Get ready to “Play Ball!”, today we will watch the Toronto Blue Jays face
off against the New York Yankees. The game starts at 1:00 pm, with the doors opening at 11:30 am. Your
premium seats in Lower-Level are included — get ready for a game you won’t want to miss!
For those not going to the game, you will have some free time to relax at the hotel, shop for bargains, explore,
revisit your favourite attractions from the guided tours or go watch a Broadway Show or simply enjoy the
nightlife in the famous Times Square where the entertainment is endless!

DAY 4: SUNDAY, APRIL 27 – NEW YORK CITY – GAME DAY
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
Meet your Tour Director to enjoy our last day in New York City. This morning, you will have an option to join us
on a Guided Tour of New York City or you will be able to explore NYC on your own. Our hotel is located in the
heart of Times Square where there are plenty attractions, shows and shopping are within walking distance. You
can also do the BIG BUS NEW YORK TOUR (extra) to visit more of NYC – Hop-On to discover New York and Hop-
Off to explore more at your own pace! Go visit the famous Carlos’ Bakery for a cannoli or explore one of the
many NYC Museums (Arts, Modern Arts, Natural History and more).
You have the option to make your way to the Yankee Stadium on your own, or you can meet your Tour Director
in the hotel lobby and take the Subway together, or you can go on your own. Get ready for a game that’s sure
to hit it out of the park as the Toronto Blue Jays face off against the New York Yankees! The game starts at 1:00
pm, with the doors opening at 11:30 am. Your premium seats in Lower-Level are included.
Tonight, is our last night in NYC, go watch a Broadway show or simply enjoy the day and nightlife in famous
Times Square, where the entertainment is endless! It’s your last day in NYC so make it count! ☺

DAY 5: MONDAY, APRIL 28 – NEW YORK CITY TO MASSACHUSETTS or MAINE
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
Today marks the beginning of our journey back home. After checking out of the hotel, meet up with your Tour
Director as this morning we will be going visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with Statue Cruises. After,
we will make our way to our host hotel in Massachusetts/MAINE. If our schedule allows, we'll provide
transportation for drop-offs and pick-ups at a shopping spot.
Tonight, you can look forward to unwinding and relaxing at the hotel.
DAY 6: TUESDAY, APRIL 29 – MASSACHUSETTS/MAINE TO NB & NS
Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast before meeting your Tour Guide for the journey home. Take with you a

Things to Remember

1. Medication – remember to bring your medication (keep it in your carry-on for easy access)
2. Jacket – Evenings might get chilly, so bring a sweater or jacket and be prepared for rainy days
3. Layers – The temperature in the bus is set at 21-22 degrees Celsius, so dress in layers according to
your comfort level
4. Luggage Handling – The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage from the
motorcoach. Each traveller is responsible for transporting their luggage from the motorcoach to
their hotel room and to the motor coach on departure. Please note that in the case of luggage left
at the hotel, including the lobby, that unfortunately, the motor coach will not be able to turn
around to retrieve the items. Guests will be responsible to contact hotel and organize delivery of
items to them at their own cost.
5. Missing Luggage at End of Tour – Dream Vacation Tours is not responsible if a guest accidentally
takes the wrong luggage upon leaving the tour. To avoid any confusion, please ensure that your
luggage is well tagged and clearly labelled with your name. In the event that your luggage is
mistakenly taken by another guest, please communicate with Dream Vacation Tours so that we
can try to identify who has your luggage. Once that person is identified, you will be responsible
for retrieving it at your own cost and time.
6. Luggage Allowance – Each traveller is permitted one large suitcase and one smaller carry-on.
a. Note: Overhead compartment space has a 9” opening, so a backpack-style carry-on is
recommended – any carry-on that doesn't fit overhead must be stowed at your feet
7. Luggage Tags – Please ensure your luggage is tagged, any untagged baggage may be left on the
motor coach if unclaimed
a. If luggage is taken by mistake, guests must retrieve it at their own expense and time
8. Arrive Early – Please board the motor coach promptly when ready; departure may be earlier if
everyone is on board
9. Be Punctual – Let's avoid being the last one on the motor coach
10. Seat Assignment – Seats are assigned based on request at time of booking (first booked, first
choice). Seats are assigned for the duration of the tour, but passengers are welcome to switch
among themselves (within their group)
11. Smoking – Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the motor coach and within nine (9) meters of the
motor coach door
12. Breaks – Morning and afternoon breaks are 15 minutes, lunch and dinner breaks are 45 minutes
to 1 hour
13. On-Board Washroom – The motor coach has a lavatory, and we typically stop for breaks every 2
hours or so
14. No Scents – To accommodate allergies, please refrain from using perfume or cologne
15. Travel Insurance – Ensure you have adequate Cancellation & Interruption coverage, as well as,
Emergency Medical Insurance coverage. In case you have to leave the tour early for whatever
reason, Dream Vacation Tours is not responsible for any cost incurred. You will also forfeit the
rest of your tour with no reimbursement for any missing part of the tour.
16. Celebrating – Inform the Tour Director if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary
17. ID/Passport – Please carry your valid Passport (for USA and International Tours) or a valid picture
ID for other tours. For any international travel (including cruises), passports must be valid for six
(6) months past the arrival date into Canada. It is also the responsibility of each guest to ensure
any applicable visas AND/OR Entry Requirements for all countries visited have been obtained prior
to departure. Failure to obtain correct documentation will mean the guest will be denied entry
into certain countries. Meeting necessary passport, visa and any other entry requirements and
costs is the sole responsibility of guests. Dream Vacation Tours is not responsible for any
compensation for any lost cruise/tour days. If travelling by motorcoach, the client will not be able
to continue the tour and will be responsible to make his/her way back home at their own cost.
18. Marijuana – Marijuana and marijuana products cannot be transported across the Canada/USA
border. It is strictly prohibited to have or consume these products onboard the motorcoach, as
well as to have any of these products in your luggage.
19. Late Guests – Guests arriving late for pick-up or departure must arrange their own transportation
to rejoin the group at the hotel/attraction at their own expense

tour at the next location
20. Gratuities – Industry standard for gratuities is $4 to $8 per day for both the Bus Driver and the

Anyone participating on Dream Vacations Tours escorted motor coach tours to the United States must have a
valid passport. Dream Vacation Tours will assume no responsibilities for any individual who is denied entry in
the United States. The/these individual(s) must find and pay their own transportation back home.
