• Managed inventory control for over $300,000 worth alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixers for 3
service bars in 3 restaurants, for a 1200 member private club with a monthly operating
budget of just over $750,000.
• Significantly increased bar overall bar sales by 18% and high-end spirit sales by over 100%, while reducing
bar cost overall by 6%.
• Maintain Bar and Beverage cost at or below 33% and update all wine list, cocktail menus, beer and spirit
selections as necessary.
• Created Custom Cocktails, Beer, Spirit and Wine selections, and educational programs for both private
member functions and banquet and catering events, including a series of custom pre-made,
barrel aged cocktails.
• Served as Executive Bartender and Members only Private Bar Manager.
• Started one of the first "Craft Cocktail & Mixology" programs in the private club industry.
• Collaborated with Lowtide brewery for a club exclusive draft beer program.
• Worked with Reservoir bourbon and whiskey distillery on an exclusive barrel selection program.
