CRIMSON ON THE GULF
GUEST RULES & REGULATIONS
Common Element Areas:
• No garbage cans, supplies, toys or other articles shall be placed I any common area.
• Luggage carts are to be returned promptly after use to the ground floor stairway.
• Bicycles and skateboards may not be used on the property. Bicycles must be parked only in designated areas.
• Feeding of birds is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and full supervision of them must be provided at all times.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
Balconies & Patios:
• No laundry or towels shall be hung from balconies. Nothing is to be thrown or dropped from any window, door balcony, patio
or walkway.
• Personal barbecue grills are prohibited on the property.
Noise and Disturbances:
• No guest shall interfere with the reasonable rights, comforts, or conveniences of any other guest. No musical instruments or
related equipment is to be played in common areas. Radios and CD players must be used with ear buds.
Parking:
• Park only in your designated space with parking pass displayed on the rear-view mirror. If your space is occupied, park in a
designated visitor space and notify the office. Do not park in any other assigned space.
• Visitors must check in at the office to get a Visitor’s Pass.
• IF PARKING RULES ARE VIOLATED, THE VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
Trash & Garbage:
• All trash and garbage must be placed in plastic bags and deposited into the trash chute.
• Do not leave garbage outside units – do not place room trash in any common area receptacles.
• Fish cleanings are to be buried in the sand or returned to the Gulf.
• Recycle containers are provided for your use in the trash room.
Swimming Pool Area:
• Pool area is open from Sunrise to Sunset. Swimming after that time may result in expulsion from Crimson property.
• No cut-offs, jeans or similar attire may be worn in the pool or Jacuzzi.
• Shower before entering the poor or Jacuzzi to remove sand and excess tanning oils.
• DO NOT use the pool or Jacuzzi with any skin infection, colds or other respiratory illness.
• No running diving, jumping, horseplay or water games are permitted.
• No rafts, floats, inner tubes or scuba equipment are permitted.
• Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area.
• No glass or food is permitted in the pool area. Only unbreakable containers may be used.
• Furniture may not be removed from the patio or reserved while unused for more than 1 hour.
• Lounges may not be reserved by “toweling”.

NO CLIMBING OR JUMPING ON POOL GATES OR FENCES
Maximum Guests:
• No more than 5 visitors are allowed for any unit, and they must be accompanied at all times by the registered guests.
• There will be no amenity sharing with guests registered within the immediate vicinity (Beach Place, Surf Song, or Madeira
Norte). For example, guests registered at those resorts may not use the Crimson pool or Jacuzzi, and Crimson guests may not
use the pools at the other res
orts.
