If you are eligible for deferred disposition and the Court grants it, you
will be placed on unsupervised probation for a period not to exceed
180 days and if at the end of that period you have complied with the
terms of your probation, you will be charged a special expense fee
and your case will be dismissed.
If you hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), you are not eligible
for deferred disposition.
If you are younger than 25 years of age, you must complete a driver
safety course as a term of your probation.
