Description
T-Mobile, recent gave me a free phone after all the problems with the service and discounted my
plan. But, what occurred, I've been customer with T-Mobile but believe that T-Mobile transfer my
phone calls to overseas representatives. Anytime I call T-Mobile Customer Services, I get someone
from overseas. But T-Mobile said my bill would never change, since I've been customer for 22 yrs.
But, T-Mobile change my service and billing. My bill was on $34.00 month (unlimited calls and text
and 3 gigs data and it slows down after the gigs). So, what T-Mobile did is, said I didn't have data
plan and started to cut my data off and on. Then just took my data away, then said I never had a data
plan and started charging me for data plan. Then because the data was slowing down as I looked for
work, I went and purchased internet service for home with T-Mobile. The internet service was 50.00
with $ 5.00 discount if you sign up for auto and then they change it and said it was $55.00 , with $5.00
discount , a year later. T-Mobile representatives said for all problems, we gone send you a phone
free and their corporate office reach out to me. Then T-Mobile wouldn't accept ACP for low income, I
disconnected my home Internet and went with cheaper company. I called T-Mobile on 01/31/2024 to
disconnect Home internet services. I return T-Mobile home internet (Feb 6, 2024 UPS drop off 1056

charge me and they've done that to me before for equipment. But T-Mobile didn't pro-rate my bill or
adjust, they just move my plan to $75.00 unlimited. When this all started, the T-Mobile rstaff, say you
use the Tuesday perks and that's your discount, no I really do not use the T-Mobile perks because I
observed one of the staff giving more than one per customer, like 10 lunch bags and when I go to
store for one of perks, they are always out. I've only gotten two things since the T-Mobile perks and I
drove to store in morning to pay a bill and that's how I got it..never got anything else..until free phone
after all the phone problems and stolen identity under T-Mobile Macfee and I never lived in Detroit, MI
Because I complained, my cellphone is turn off , so someone else can drive around as me, and on
my auto insurance because home broken into and they know my name, email address, social security
number. Now I still have a high bill after returning equipment and they will not place bill back
according to T-Mobile customer who has been with company for years. T-Mobile wouldn't accept
Affordable connectivity program and then someone stole my identity for a year and used me for
phone service and internet. I haven't been able to get work and when whoever using my phone, and
T-Mobile or I change passwords, someone comes back to home and steal out of my home
and because home foreclosed and
someone was using my identity at old home and saying I'm mentally ill and stay in group home.
Someone has been using me to get paycheck and I'm not working. Someone lied and said I was
married to Berry Sanders (football player and I wasn't and never tried to date or go out with). I had
son who went to the same school, his children went to and that's it
