This oer is valid only on IDBI Bank Credit Cards and Debit Card (Platinum & Signature) transaction on Domestic,
International ight, Domestic Hotels and Bus bookings made through EaseMyTrip.
The oer will be applicable for IDBI Bank Debit/ Credit Cards across all variants till March 31, 2023
and will be valid
for booking every week from Friday to Sunday
, once per card per month.

to avail the discounts.
The oer is valid for bookings made on EaseMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.
Discounts provided under the oer cannot be clubbed with any other oer or discount extended by EaseMyTrip as
part of any other arrangement.
The oer will be applicable once per user/ per card/ per month.
All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc. shall be payable by the customer as applicable at
the time the respective discounts were oered.
Both new and existing customers can avail this oer.
Convenience fees will be charged as per the applicability.
Oer is valid on selected hotels.
In case of partial/full cancellation the oer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the
refunds.
EaseMyTrip reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in
part, this oer by any other oer, whether similar to this oer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior
notice.
Child / infant discount, date or ight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, black out period, travel restrictions
and / or ight restriction will be also applicable as per the fare rule
Changes in ights and dates are allowed with change fees and fare dierence.
Changes in names are not allowed.
All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms
and conditions. Cancellation charges/date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets
purchased through this promotion.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the oer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the oer to the customers.
EaseMyTrip shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service oered by the airlines
which is not within its control.
EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
In addition, EaseMyTrip standard booking and privacy policy on EaseMyTrip.com shall apply.
EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this
oer by another oer, whether similar to this oer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
All oers are subject to availability.
The decision of EaseMyTrip in all matters connected with or incidental to this oer shall be nal and binding.
All purchases made by the customer at EaseMyTrip shall be governed by the standard Terms and Conditions (subject
to changes) of EaseMyTrip, which includes without limitation User Agreement, Privacy Policy or any other
product/service related terms and conditions appearing on its website www.easemytrip.com.

IDBI Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suered, or for any personal injury that
may be suered as a result of availing the Oers.
The oer is subject to force majeure events.
The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Cardholder of all the terms and
conditions governing the oer/ program.
IDBI Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of goods / services availed by the customers.
The oer is valid on selected services.
IDBI Bank Debit/ Credit Cardholders irrevocably agree and acknowledge that IDBI Bank makes no guarantee or
warranty that the participating Merchants shall honour the oer.
Accordingly, IDBI Bank Debit/ Credit Cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against IDBI Bank
in relation to any loss, damage, expense suered in relation to non-fulllment by the participating Merchants under
this program.
Any dispute as regards the quality of the products and services are to be taken by Cardholder directly with
EaseMyTrip.
IDBI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benets of this oer inter alia for events like
unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between merchant and cardholder, recycling of funds via
wallets/fund transfers, business expenses solely or any cases of charge back.
IDBI Bank at its sole discretion can decide cardholders who can avail these oers. The decision of IDBI Bank will be
considered as nal and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.
In all matters relating to the oer/Program, the decision of IDBI Bank shall be nal and binding in all respects.
IDBI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and
conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Oer by any other Oer, whether similar to this oer or to withdraw it
altogether without giving prior notice.
The terms and conditions of the program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary
terms and conditions governing the card and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Card member
Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any
irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Card member Agreement,
then terms of the Card member Agreement to prevail the present conditions.
Any disputes arising out of this oer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
