IDBI Bank EazyDiner offer

(Terms & Conditions)

This Offer is valid only on IDBI Bank Credit & Debit cards on a minimum bill value of `2000/- for Credit Cards and Debit Cards

on making a booking via EazyDiner app, website and mobile site.

Offer is valid once per card per month for Debit & Credit Card customers.

Offer will be valid over and above any existing offer on EazyDiner.

Offer will be valid at all restaurants available for dine-in with Payeazy option on EazyDiner app and website.

Offer will be valid only for customers who will make a booking and settle the bill via Payeazy at the restaurants from EazyDiner

web/app.

Booking for the particular meal period will close 30 minutes before the start of the dining time.

The total bill amount should match the amount swiped at the restaurant.

Existing EazyDiner terms and conditions as available on EazyDiner website apply in addition to the terms and conditions

stated herein.

Cardholders can avail the offer on EazyDiner once per card per month to avail the discount, simply enter the coupon code

IDBI1000 before making the payment with IDBI Bank debit/credit card, and the discount amount shall be deducted from the

amount payable by you. This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash.

The offer is valid for bookings done through the EazyDiner website, M-Site or Mobile app

Whilst the offer is valid only for purchase made from EazyDiner

All bookings are subject to availability

In case of cancellation of booking (in full), the entire discount provided will be deducted from the refund amount

In case the transaction amount is more than the value of the coupon code, the balance

Amount after deducting the value of the coupon code to be paid using Credit and Debit card only.

Coupon code cannot be clubbed with any other offer at EazyDiner.

Coupon code cannot be exchanged for cash and coupon code is non-renewable and non-extendable

There shall be no extension of validity of the coupon code

The product & services offered by EazyDiner are also governed by the terms of use prescribed by EazyDiner on its site

www.eazydiner.com & as amended from time to time.

Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions of the

EazyDiner in relation to the offer before availing the offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the offer and it is in no

way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of EazyDiner.

Bank and EazyDiner reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to

add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer,

whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Bank and EazyDiner reserve the right to revoke the offer if at any time it is believed that the same is being misused or offer terms

and conditions are being violated.

Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by

EazyDinerits agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank

responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands

suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.

Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the offer must be resolved by the Customer

directly with EazyDiner by calling 7861004444 or writing to [email protected] without any reference to the Bank.

The decision of Bank and EazyDiner in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on

all persons.

All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne

solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other

statutory dues and charges

Participation in this Offer is voluntary.

The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as

being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.

The offer is brought to you by IDBI Bank and any participation in the offer is voluntary.

Tax liability, if any, to be borne by the Cardholder.

IDBI Bank shall not be responsible for guarantee delivery of SMS/Emails to the customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery

of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, and personal email settings of customer.

Regular IDBI Bank Debit & Credit Card Terms and Conditions apply. IDBI Bank reserves the right to alter any of the terms and

conditions of the offer or to withdraw the offer completely at any time without prior notice.

IDBI Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be

suffered as a result of availing the Offers.

The offer is subject to force majeure events.

The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Cardholder of all the terms and conditions governing

the offer/ program.

IDBI Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of goods / services availed by the customers.

The offer is valid on selected products.

IDBI Bank Debit & Credit Cardholders irrevocably agree and acknowledge that IDBI Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that

the participating Merchants shall honour the offer.

Accordingly, IDBI Bank Debit & Credit Cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against IDBI Bank in relation

to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non-fulfillment by the participating Merchants under this program.

Any dispute as regards the quality of the products and services are to be taken by Cardholder directly with Eazy Diner.

IDBI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual

transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between merchant and cardholder, recycling of funds via wallets/fund transfers,

business expenses solely or any cases of charge back.

IDBI Bank at its sole discretion can decide cardholders who can avail these offers. The decision of IDBI Bank will be considered

as final and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.

In all matters relating to the offer/Program, the decision of IDBI Bank and Eazy Diner shall be final and binding in all respects.

IDBI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or

replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior

notice.

The terms and conditions of the program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and

conditions governing the card and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Card member Agreement and such other

terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the

terms and conditions contained herein and the Card member Agreement, then terms of the Card member Agreement to prevail

the present conditions.
