Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is the best time you
will spend on earth. It will make your soul everlastingly
more glorious and beautiful in Heaven. A Holy Hour of
adoration helps bring everlasting peace to your soul and in
your family. It brings us personal peace and strength. It
brings us a greater love for Jesus, for each other, and for
the poor. Every holy hour deepens our union with Him and
bears much fruit. . Mother Teresa
Call Soraya Gonzales 719-650-2241, if you want to schedule

PRAYER LIST-Parishioners & Friends who Need Our Prayers
4 WAYS TO DEEPEN YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE
Don’t just give something up this Lentadd a spiritual practice to go deeper
in your relationship with the Lord.
1. Go to Mass. Make the commitment to add a Friday Mass ( or Mon-
day, or Tuesday … ) And while you’re at it learn more about the
beauty of the Mass.
2. Make a Holy Hour. If you don’t regularly go to Eucharistic adoration, start spend-
ing an hour (or thirty minutes) each week in front of the Blessed Sacrament. (see times
below.).
3. Read the Scripture. One way to keep our mins focused on Lent
and preparation for the Resurrection is to read and reflect on the
Sunday mass readings. Walk with the Church on her journey through
the Passion to Easter Sunday.
4. Get the kids involved. Help them understand why we make Lenten sacrifices and
why Easter is so important. Teach kids the Lenten story and get them thinking about why
Jesus died for us.
